We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Credit Cards, Apple Pay, QPAY (Debit Card), and My Cash as payment methods.
Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days for most locations.
Once your shipment is dispatched, an Air Waybill (AWB) number will be generated and shared with you via your registered email address and mobile number, allowing you to track your order.
A shipping fee of QAR 9 applies to orders below QAR 100.
If your order includes products sourced from international markets, an international shipping fee may apply.
If all international shipment items in your order are cancelled, the international shipping fee will be refunded. However, if only some international items are cancelled, the international shipping fee will still apply and is non-refundable.
Products marked with the "International Shipment" label on the product page and Shopping Bag are sourced from international markets.
